The Wedge Lamp.

A modern exploration of mid-century design.

The Genie lamp was a common shape seen in mid-century modern lamp styles - a narrow tapering neck exploded into a widely disproportionate bottom bowl. The Wedge Lamp is a modern take on the Genie which keeps the wide base tapered to a pinched neck, but in a clean, pyramidal shape. Typically cosmetic add-ons, wood veneers have been reimagined as volumetric elements in the drum shades while showcasing their luminescent grain structure.
